INTRODUCTION
This note include specification of “Mobile Wellness Clinic Bus” International Chassis as it mentioned in following section. This Healthcare Vehicle has been designed by Autozone Armor and Processing Cars LLC to provide ease of operation, safety and accessibility for maintenance according to quality system standard of ISO 9001:2015

Walls: All side walls shall be covered with GRP / PVC /Aluminum panels .
Roof: is made up of GRP fiberglass material with necessary opening for ac duct and lightings
Insulation: Polyurethane insulation for complete structure with thickness 2.5 mm all over the walls and floor.
Floor: is made up of 18mm marine plywood with polyurethane insulation inside. There will be vinyl covering as a top layer which is raised up to 5 cm to the wall.
Partition:
1. Main partition between driver and clinical compartment with GRP fiberglass/PVC material,
2. Partition between examination and consultant room with swing type open door
Cabinets: All interior medical storage cabinets will be provided.
Washing sink: Stainless steel sink with water tap mounted.
Dimensions and Interior Layout is in accordance to the client need.
Clinical structure: Consultant area with standard accessories
Examination room with equipment.
Electrical: Marine Switch panel for all lighting and equipment controls
Necessary 220V Power outlets for equipment and other machines
Separate Power panel box with safety circuit breakers
Wiring with insulated sleeve and markings
Internal lighting LED 8 no’s 4 in each row, integrated blue lights
Halogen light on the main entrance
Awning system electric operated at least 3m length
Intercom system provided between driver and medical compartment
Battery power monitor
Air condition: Roof type Ac with 12000 BTU capacity installed and ducted all over the medical cabin with necessary air outlets. The AC will work in both inverter power supply and shore line power supply
Inverter and batteries: Inverter 3000W capacity along with batteries (8 no’s) installed to provide enough power at least 4 hours can run the clinic without shore line power.
Solar panels: Two monocrystalline 150W solar panel installed on the roof top and connected via PPT module to the batteries. The solar shall be directly charging all the inverter batteries.
Shoreline: This clinic can be connected with external power source via 32A shore line. A separate selector switch shall be provided. All equipment in medical compartment including AC can run by using shore line connection when the engine is off. Shore line is connected to the batteries for charging purpose.
